Sometimes called a Carthage Corner, or Ice Cream Cone, these Fluorite crystals are a product of Dissolution. Pieces with high luster and a lack of damage are the hardest to find.
There are few that show such an intense “needle” aesthetic with the penetrating Bitumen. The fluorescence on this piece is rather breathtaking as a result.
