How Do I Place An Order?


If the item(s) currently have a listing on the website, placing on order at the Shop is the easiest method. If you would like to use a payment method not available on the website, you can get in touch with us directly at or by contacting us on our Instagram or Facebook page.

Payment and Shipping

We accept a broad array of payments, including Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Money Orders, and Checks. If you wish to use a method not available on our direct website, reach out to to make alternate arrangements.

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise communicated.


*There may be delays in the event that we are attending a mineral show, at which time the item will be shipped upon return.

Can I get a refund for returns?


We do accept returns under different conditions, please read the following carefully if you wish to make a return. We are committed to making your mineral experience as positive and safe as possible, so please reach out if you have specific concerns or problems with your order.

To submit a return request, contact with your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns for items which arrived significantly not as described (such as: damaged in shipping, incorrect item received.) -

*Within 3 days of receipt: Refund is 100% + Shipping costs

*Within 14 days of receipt: Refund is 85% + Shipping costs

Returns for any other reason -

*Within 14 days of receipt: Refund is 70%, or, 100% in store credit. You pay shipping both ways.

*Outside of 14 days of receipt: Refund is 70% issued only as store credit.

Can you find me a Mineral I'm looking for?

The short answer is: probably.

If you are are looking for a specimen that fit criteria, then contact us at, or on our Instagram or Facebook page. Please include as much detail as is relevant to your request, which may include:

*Species (including associations)


*Condition (such as damage)

*Composition (aesthetics, on or off matrix, crystal shape)


*Budget (It is hard to find the right specimen if we don't know the threshold for your budget)

If you are looking for an actual specific mineral specimen you've seen in a publication, then it isn't impossible to track them, however it is unlikely, and the owner may not wish to sell it. That isn't to say not to dream, feel free to reach out. The worst anyone can say is no.

Can I get my specimens photographed?

We do offer professional and commercial level mineral and product photography services, which can be scheduled and arranged by contacting

If you wish to meet us at a show to perform your shoot, please book your shoot at least one month ahead of the show.

If you wish to ship your specimens, this gets you the cheapest rate for photos. You are solely responsible for the risk of shipping.

If you wish to book a home visit, we have minimum booking requirements. *This can vary depending on show or event traveling. If you contact us, we will work with you the best we can.

If you need photos urgently, we do offer expedited services as well. Contact us for a quote.
