There was a limited find of these wild ferruginous calcites at Leiping in 2006. This is one of the most architecturally satisfying ones we’ve seen.
The hematite perfectly included in one selective direction (likely due to flow during formation) and it stands up like an epic spire. 
This particular one was in the collection of Betty Kalaskie which was notoriously carried and sold by Ross Lillie, so it has her label as well as an old North Star label with it.
